** Cant upload anymore - Vin does not match **

Flashpro error message: (Vin does not match) when trying to upload. Flashpro is still locked to the car and suddenly stopped to program.

I can't upload any cals to the ecu either by using the laptop or the program button on the flashpro itself. It suddenly happened for no reasons apparently. Software is up to date (2.5.9) and so drivers and i even tried a different cal to make sure it was not a bug with the cal itself. I bought the flashpro new at the end of summer 2016 and since then i never unlocked it from ecu nor have problems, this is the first time this is hapenning to me. On Flashpro manager if i click on flashpro i see the Hardware Firmware and license is green but the upload section is yellow which indicate a problem: Last upload failed. However i can still datalog with the engine on. I need to load a new map to my car but i can't...

I got A reply, well they ask me to send the flashpro as well as the ecu that it is locked too. This is my only car i have and i cant... real'y disapointed plus i have to pay the shipping.

Unfortunately we need both items to determine what the issue is.
