Car won't start on brand new S300

Got a brand new S300 v3 installed in a P28, installed SManager, updated the firmware and registered the ECU to Hondata. Everything looked good and I was able to upload the base ITR map to the ECU. When I start the car it would fire up and die quickly in less than half a second. Any other attempts thereafter the car would just hesitate. It also throws the error code P1324. However, when I plug back my stock P73 ECU the error code is gone and the car starts up normally. Please help.
PS: I'm using an OBD2B to OBD1 conversion harness
2001 ITR
Comptech Icebox, DC Sports 4-1 Header
Everything else is stock

Try removing the s300 and cut J1 and see if the ECU starts the car then. If it still does not start then it sounds like your ECU is damaged and may either need the capacitors replaced or you may just want to use a different ECU.

UPDATE
When we started the car we gave it some gas and it was able to stay running. However, when the engine is cold, the car would just die if you didn't keep the RPM up with the gas pedal. After about a minute the CEL came on. Checking on the Hondata app the car threw the P0505: Idle Control System Malfunction code so I guess the idle control on the ECU was bad. I'm going to get the ECU swapped by the guy who built it for me.

Try adding some gas soon after you start up the car and see if you have the same issue

What do you mean when you say you connected an idle sensor plug to Hondata?

I follow the ek9 ecu idle setting on the below photo.
Also I have 100% confirm my hondata s300 is work normally.(It checked by Hong Kong hondata retailer)
After that I have tried disable/enable o2 or idle sensor for start up but just not working.... (it start and die quickly within hlaf second) what's problem? I just just follow the previous setting it was work.

Have you tried the ECU on a known working vehicle?

You need to try this ECU on a known working vehicle and see if it gets the same error codes. If it does it sounds like the ECU is damaged and will have to be replaced.
