i just got the flash pro .i have k&n SRI Skunk2 header and 2.5'' exhaust without cat .
what is the best calibration for watever i have on my car ??? plz help ....

The library of tunes on that come with the Flashpro are a good place to start, even if they are not a perfect match for your particular components. I have a completely stock 09 Civic Si with a K&N panel filter so I used the "Civic-Si-Race-2-Tuned". It is a MAP based tune, but is was very good and much better than the stock tune. I have made improvements to the tune with dozens of WOT and part throttle data logs. Very happy with the results so far. For your setup, I think the "Civic-Si-Race-6-KNSRI-RH" tune would be a good start.
