S300 V3 Fuel cut at 2000rpm

Ill start with, the car was tuned made 677whp. Everything worked great. One day driving out of my drive way, I hit fuel cut at 2000rpm. reloaded the same map I had that was on there. Bam perfect. Well this happed a few times over the next few weeks, A simple map reload and she was good to go.

Until now, It always stuck on 2000 rpm fuel cut. I tried erasing my ecu then reload the map, same thing happens with my race gas map or pump gas map. So the kicker is all this happed late last year in my 00 integra, I pulled the swap out, Installed K20 with kpro4 and its all good. Until last night I put my built B series into my 92 civic hatchback and it still has fuel cut at 2k rpm. tuner looked over a data log, everything looks good, All sensors read like they need to. (afrs go lean and inj duty go's to 0 at 2000rpm, so like a fuel cut)

Info on the setup Hondata V3
hondata COP
hondata 4 bar
hondata Traction control (only had it on the integra, not installed on the civic yet)

built B18c5 with a 6266, Id1000 injectors

You have launch control set and it is activating. In the datalog there is no VSS input and that is not turning off the launch control.

Please help me understand, Why is my data log not showing a vss input?

So I disabled my launch control, and the car finally revs good.

So what would be the fix for this problem?
Why did it do it on and off before?

My VSS worked in my Integra and Civic (its the same sensor, but I never had problems with my mph not working on my speedometer.

And why would it limit me to 2000rpm and not what launch control was set at (5500 ish rpm)

Look at your datalog and you will see that there is no VSS reading. Perhaps you have a wiring problem?
