S.trim goes lean, if use cruise control!

Hi Hondata,

i have a Honda Civic TypeR FN2, supercharged and run a hybrid-map.

Today, i have made a long Datalog with and without cruise control at constant speed.

For example:

If i do not use the cruise control and press the throttle pedal to run a constant speed, the s.trim goes rich like this:

Rich_2.JPG
and

if i use the cruise control (set at the same speed as above) and do not press the throttle pedal, to run a constant speed, the s.trim goes lean like this:
Lean_1.JPG
Lean_2.JPG
In this condition it totally distorted the datalog!

Why is this so?
Is this a bug or is this correct?

Thanks for answer!

I have tested also this case on my FN2 SC (with DW800 injectors).

Caused by weather I could not enable the cruise control very long to determine enough data... I will try it again today if I drive back home...

In the attachment you find the normal drive condition
- Cruise control enabled (activated few times if possible...But not very long)
- AC enabled after ~32min til end of the log

XY graph - S.TRIM looks ok, L.TRIM is zero at the end of the log=perfect ...
But interesting to see some +20% entries/spots in the XY graph...

Without the datalog and calibration the datalog is made with, it is hard to determine exactly what is happening.

You need to look at the load and see if that is different and see if it is running on the same areas of the tables when this occurs.

I have made a comparsion.

Is it possible that it has to do with the "tip in fuel throttle compensation"?

This is, if the engine runs richer and if i push the throttle-pedal a slight in:

and

this is, if the engine runs leaner and if i don't push the throttle-pedal:

Also resolved:
Deadtimes of this RC kit are to high... Deadtimes of the provided starting calibration can not be used for this RC injector kit...

Now determining correct deadtimes and retune fueling... And the car is running perfect in all conditions :)

Update: MAF sensor is going bad... Adjusting the deadtimes does not fix this effect as expected.
First check with an other MAF - the readings AFMflow Volts are OK - new part is ordered...
