Engine Idle B18C2 - AC Compressor & Radiator Fans

Hello Hondata,
Currently having difficulty setting a smooth engine idle on a B18C2 GSR Turbo with AC still retained and full size radiator.
When idleing - when the AC turns on the car will drop in rpm by approximately 200rpm and lean out from around 14.5 to 16.5. Obviously from the extra load on the engine from the compressor. Is there anyway to compensate for this when building a tune ? also this seems to be the same concept with the radiator fans, just the magnitude no so much.
Any feedback would be great
