Brand new Flashpro no Bluetooth?

I purchased a brand new Flashpro from kseriesparts.com and received it on 12/23/2016. The back of the FP case has Bluetooth on it. FP Manager displays [Bluetooth Present: No]. Tried version 2.4.9 and version 2.5.7 with the same result. What's the deal? Defective? Really old stock? Please help. So far my emails to kseriesparts.com support remain unanswered.

Yesterday I sent another email to kseriesparts.com and even called them. I explained the situation and was told by whoever answered the phone that someone would eventually reply to my email. Really terrible experience so far and I hope I can get this sorted out soon.

That FlashPro has Bluetooth. Can you use the 'send support information to Hondata' function from the help menu?

I did this and also submitted a support ticket last week and have not received a response.

Submitting the 'send support information to Hondata' does not create a support ticket or support action - it is only a supplement to give us more information, which is why is asks you not send information unless requested.
There possibly is a fault with the Bluetooth past of the FlashPro - please call when we are open next week for a RMA.

I am having this issue as well. FP-S2K-INT-40263. Is this a hardware issue or has a software fix been ID'd?

The FlashPro was sold in mid 2016, and should have Bluetooth. However, this is not a FlashPro for the US market and we can't trace the path from us to you (Tegiwa is not an authorized Hondata dealer) so we're still trying to determine if the FlashPro is genuine, and what is going on.
