throttle tip in issue excessive rich

hi im a new hondata user and im having an issue with the throttle tip in.
The issue I'm having is that while cruising as long as above 3000rpm I can stamp on the throttle and the enrichment is perfect, but below 3k or fast gear changes the enrichment is excessive, lambda 0.6 resulting in the car bogging down momentarily, in the smanager software the enrichment table is vs ect, and I can't find an option vs rpm, where am I going wrong? Injector data is correct as it's stock injectors and using the stock itr basemap, i have attached a copy of the tune file below hopefully someone can help, thanks

it needs to be tuned properly. as in the complete fuel and ignition maps need professional tuning
