Reloading previous calibrations

Hey guys, so I recently got my hands on a very nicely done K-swapped Ej6 and ive done a few things here and there and I love the car. But the one thing that is killing me right now is that the Kpro will not allow me to re-open the previous owners calibrations, therefore it is not allowing me to recalibrate and apply new setting. any help?

If you can't download the calibration, then unfortunately all you can do is start with a new calibration.
