Hondata

Help new to Hondata and I got s300 v3 on Tuesdays part of a black Friday. Took it to a reputable install had the s300 installed on to my us p72 came home and installed it onto my car... and it's throwing a cell light with no codes present... it says the hondata is on line and one green light is on and a flashing red light... but on smanager it shows no tps or rpm or any thing....
I need some advice..... I was iffy when I bought it from 1320 performance because the bag the s300 comes in was open... any advice would be awesome...

What is the serial number that is on the s300 board inside the ECU?

From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?

the install may not have been done correctly in the ecu.
the calibration being used could also be set up wrong or created with an older version of software.
the s300 unit may be defective or damaged.

I would suggest sending the whole ecu in to hondata or someone reputable in honda ecu repair and modification to test what the issue is and be capable of fixing it
