I install gear x drag kit 2
1st - 2.3125
2nd - 1.65
3rd - 1.304
4th - 1.080

but speedometer got wrong gps says 190hph but car panel says 120 kph

is there any way to fix this with the flashpro ?

Go to the sensors section of the Calibration window sand you will see to areas to adjust the dash and ECU.
