hi, I have bought an old s300 and looks like the battery has died.(red leds)

I have talked to hondata about it beeing dead.

But before i send it in i need to know if i should get another ECU, because i needed to soldering in some wires where the big socket goes on the Board.
Because i used to much heat(i hate myself ,haha), but i have checked the connections and i have messured them to be good.

And the last thing i have a convension harness too(thinking to get it tested when i send in the ECU)

So what to pepole recomend? I really dont whant to throw away the ECU i have.

IF the EDCU is currently in working order then it can be used, but if there are any issues, you will probably be better off getting a working ECU to have socketed for use with the s300.

based on what I see in this picture you really should just buy a new ecu from a reputable company that has already been prepped for s300.
It appears there are several components missing, and no offense but that soldering job looks terrible. and it appears that several pins are bridged together with lumps of solder that shouldn't be bridged together
