new p28 ECU does nto mount up like stock ECU

i have 94 prelude
P28 (the ecu is new form hondata) does not have correct bolt holes
ie the bolt holes do not match up at all with the ones the stock ecu used
does hondata have a plate for this ecu so it can bolt into the stock holes of my car ????
