Knock sensor on build h22

Hello

I was in the process of installing a knock sensor I have laying around on my build h22
Engine is sleeved H22 with pro2 cams and 12.5:1 CP pistons, balanced crankshaft, no balance axles. Hytec replica header, euro R intake, 68mm professional products TB, 2.5" exhaust with 400cell cat, oh and port and flowed head, 99octane fuel.

Would it be any use with all these mods? Or will smanager / ecu just detect alot of noise that in realty isnt knock from the engine?

It probably won't help much with forged pistons as they will make a lot of noise that will be picked up as knock.
