Hi Hondata,
If I would like to download the latest software (~180MB) with a 16MBit or 50MBit connection I need 30 min+.... What a sight in year 2016! :D :D
Please check you're infrastrucuture and upgrade them, please.
The latest cloud technology will scaling automatically no matter witch continent the client will start downloading.
You should be only upload the latest version and all customers around the world can download with full speed.
