K20A alternator issue

Hi guys,

I have built my own conversion harness based on the hondata k20 wiring conversion diagram.
I have not wired in the 02 relays as a I will not use the stock oxygen sensors.
I am having an issue my battery voltage reads extremely high 20v with the car started but my alternator output on the m10 pole reads fine 14v when fired up.
Ecu pin a2,a3 and e9 reads 14v with the car running

Do you by any chance know which pin the ecu uses to see the battery voltage or by any chance know what the problem is?
