Acura TSX2011, 4cyl .

Disable ECT2 and cold start idle aircontrol system. Cranking in the morning. After a short engine warming up (1 minute) start to slow movement. After 10 seconds P0128 an error occurs. If the engine is fully warmed up (warning 7-10 minutes) - no error.
How does ECT2 sensor affect on warming?
Usually, what it is disable?
