13 SI + 13 SI ECU with a 12 MOTOR

Hello,
I previously had the 2013 k24z7 in my car with mods and a tune. However that motor blew up and I was able to get a motor from a 2012.
I was able to Flash the ECU to back to a stock 2013 and almost everything is working fine besides the car running rich in VTEC and a overheating issue which may be the water pump (in the process of replacing).
I am planning on retuning the car to fix the rich issue but I noticed the stock 12 map and the stock 13 map had different fan temperature settings. I am assuming there is some other settings too that are different but what is the proper setup: get a 2012 ECU, keep the 2013 ECU with 2013 stock map or use the 2012 stock map with the 2013 ECU?
