Unable to download or save the datalog

I've just made a datalog tonight like 20 minutes, but I'm unable to download it.
I'm using FlashPro Manager 2.3.7.0 on Windows 7 with a 07 TSX.

When I click to download the datalog from the Flashpro unit - it shows me download in progress but at the end there is no calibration downloaded and the Flashpro unit shows like there is no more calibration stored in the Falshpro.
Unplugging and plugin back the Flashpro unit will show the datalog file again in the Flashpro unit.
I tried several times to download it locally on the HDD, it will show me the download progress but at the end there is no file saved there ...

What is wrong?

What happens if you just double click the datalog file in the FlashPro software instead of click download?

It does the same thing like clicking Download, it shows me the progress download pop-up window and at the end there no datalog and also it disappears from the Falshpro | Datalog window - in order to see it there again I have to unplug/plug back the Flashpro unit.
Is the datalog corrupted or what happened? Is there any solution when this happens?

It sounds like it is corrupt. Just delete it and make a new recording and see if that opens properly.

I've made another one today it got downloaded and saved fine this time.
But I'm still wondering why and how can it get corrupted?
