K20a2 power loss / checked everything!

Hi guys,
We've struck a bit of a problem with our race car and was hoping someone could help on other things to check.
Just a bit of back ground, we tested and qualified and engine was fine, quicker than previous and pulling well.
After qualifying car wouldn't start and battery was drained, alternator was the issue, replaced and all ok battery charging again.
Now we go out for race 1 and the car is 7mph down on previous and flat. 120 down straight in qually 112/113 in race.
We checked absolutely everything we can think of, one thing to note is the car is very lean almost like it's not switching to the high fuel tables.
Things checked so far:
Compression 230 psi across all four
Timing - perfect
Clearences - perfect
Fuel pressure - perfect
Vtec is operating but sounds flat on engagment
Oil pressure is fine
Oil level is fine
Coolant temp fine
IAT fine
VSS working
VTC following requests
Map Sensor working
Air filter not blocked
Vtec solonoid operating
Tried a different kpro and ecu no different
We're stumped any ideas welcome, as said it is running very lean which it wasn't on the dyno, which is what leads us to believe that were not switching to high load fuel table when vtec comes in, not sure how we can check this.
Modifications:
3" exhaust / Toda Manifold / Toda A3 Cams / Toda Valve Springs / RDX 410CC injectors / Skunk2 ultra street Intake Manifold / Skunk2 throttle body. Idle disabled, all safety compensations disabled (we know this is dangerous but dash reads everything has alarms)
