s300v3 not able to upload

i got a problem w a new s300 not able to upload and all light are green ??? when uploding red light flash but nothing on the screen as well and nothing save in the ecu ... any help ???

What is the serial number on the s300 inside the ECU?

From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?

Who socketed the ECU?
