k20a3 will not start after uploading base map tune for high octane fuel

Hi, I am new to the forum but trying to get my car running better, anyone else have the same trouble when trying to load this calibration to the ecu?

I'm not sure which cal you're referring, however... I did have a similar experience with a posted cal, I just switched back to my base map and it worked... I believe it may have something to do with mine having immobilizer disabled and the cal enabled.
