Hi, I buyed a used flashpro and the flashpro is still locked on the ECU from the other car. the problem is that the car is in a scrap yard now and i wonder if i can just get the ecu out of it and unlock it without having the ecu in the car? (even if it mean putting the ECU in my car to unlock it.)

Yes, you can get the ECU out of the junk car, put it in your car and then unlock.

I bought a hondata flashpro of someone. He forgot to unlock the hondata before selling it to me.
