s300 v2 getting cut Need you Spunk!

Can you guys please have a minute to help me. I'm really clueless of what is going on.

I'm driving a b16 turbo in a crx on obd1 with hondata s300 v2 and boost by gear.

Now i get this strange problem that I can't pull past 4000.... Sometimes it will go to 5000 then 6000... So it varies. My ignition/fuel will get cut and my rev limiter will first go to 0...

Now today I decided to datalog it and put it on this board but when hooked up to the laptop my car pulled all the way through again... But not every time, let's say 8 out of 10 times and I'm lucky I recorded one time it didn't:
probleem.s3d

Can you guys please tell me what is going on?

Maybe it has a bad ground and the wiring is fucked?

Please post the calibration that it was running from when the datalog was made.

I hope it was this calibration:

Help is highly appreciated because I can't seem to fix it... I think it has something to do with a bad ground and that my boost solenoid doesn't have enough ground to take care of the boost level...

I see that my PWM in the file when it fails is 50% and when it works it is 35%... It probably has something to do with that? As stated above I'm running boost by gear.

EDIT: and it seems like my injectors are getting cut not my ignition?

You appear to be hitting a lean cut from your protection settings. The engine is also running extremely hot.

Well it has never done this before... And when I hooked up the laptop it worked? Can you explain that also?

And the weather is very hot atm here so I think that's why...

Please help me a little further...

Have you tried disabling the lean protection to see if that makes it stop?

Nope, I'm afraid that I could hurt my motor?

Then you might want to consult with your tuner about the issues you are having so they can make sure it is running safely.

Sure that's always the last resort. But I've been running the car like this for almost two years now, I don't understand why I'm having these troubles all of the sudden... :( But you can't help me it seems?

You could try adding fuel in the places it is going lean, but you should probably leave that to your tuner since there may be some other reason that it is now running leaner than it was.

Yes I was thinking about that also... I do have one last question, why is my PWM going to 50% when I make a pull even though my max pwm for high boost is 45%? And I recorded a pull when the car was pulling fine and I thought it was on high boost also and my PWM is 35% over there? Can't seem to figure it out why this is...

Would trying a fixed duty cycle of 35% help?

You have the high/lowboost set to always on so it is reading from the high boost tables and they are set to 45% and there is IAT compensation of 5-6%. This equals 50%.

Thanks for the tips already.
You said I could make my map richer, so I had the idea of increasing my FPR from 43 psi to 48 psi and my car was much richer and when in boost i was always around 12.0 AFR so I don't think it runs lean...

But I kept searching and comparing my .s3d files when the car ran well and when it didn't.

And I found out that when my car gets cut that the "TC limit (ecu)" goes to 60%, please see screenshot (it's a save link from my dropbox): https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/557 ... Climit.jpg

And I'm not using any of the traction control features...

Am I missing something here? (I also suspect that my car started doing this after I updated my hondata version)

Current version: 2.5.2.0
I have s300 v2 with PWM and I think my serial is: 25436

Extra: my normal s3d file when the car pulled fine: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/557 ... ormaal.s3d

Thanks again for all your time if you read this.
