Hi,

I'm Using latest Hondata S300 V3, Software version 2.5.2.0
Car is a Civi Si 2000 OBD2

I'm trying to use my Alcohol Injection kit, i have wired as per Hondata help diagram,

I have a wire grounded to the chassis, this one goes to a Switch (3 pin Style) connected to the ground pin, then i have a wire that i hooked to the positive pin on the switch and goes to a relay pin 85, I'm using, B5 ACS as an arming input,

from relay # 30 i have a wire connected to the battery with an inline fuse, relay # 86 is wired to a 12v switched source, # 87 on the relay is wired to the pump positive wire, it also has another 87 pin that goes to a LED, it is not 87a, it is just another 87, so relay switch both 87 at the same time.

I'm using output A16 ALTC, i tested the output using the output tool on Smanager, and i can see it coming on and off, as i tick/untick this output, i can hear also the relay clicking and the pump running,

Under Output i have inverted the signal, as the pump was always running when it was not inverted,

I did a test pull, and noticed that the pump never came on.

Is there something wrong with my wiring? i have it connected as suggested by the help file, although the instructions from Alcohol Injection shows that relay Pin # 86 should be grounded instead of going to a 12v switched source,

If you guys could help me would greatly appreciate it,

How do you have the AC switch wired for the arming, as I can not see it armed at any point in the datalog.

Well i just uploaded my data log, and under sensors tab, Inputs, i can see the ACSW to be on all the time, that means it is armed right? before i started to data log i switched the switch lever to what the input ACSW said "On"

I have and aftermarket 3 pin switch, i have one lead to chassis ground and hooked to the ground pin on the switch, then another wire from the positive pin on the switch to B5 ACS ( i have cut B5 in half and the wire i'm using is connected to the ecu end, not the jupper side)

I flipped the switch and looked under sensors to see if the ACSW input was on or off, and it did, so i assumed that means arm?

I believe when the external switch is on is sending ground signal to B5 ACS, right? or should i send 12 volts to B5?

Is this correct? or what do you think is wrong?

You should not have power going to the switch at all. Putting power through it may damage something. Follow the diagram from the nitrous section of the help file and wire it exactly as it shows there and it should work: http://www.hondata.com/help/smanager/ni ... ub=nitrous

I have my W/M kit working, in case someone else runs into this trouble, you can wire it as it is shown in the Nitrous help diagram, use the input/output you want, the key for me was to leave the arming switch open, (no signal) my fault at the beginning was to have the external switch in the "On" position, this showed me that my B5 input was armed, but diagram shows the switch in the off position as a default, so after that my output was working after conditions were met.
