"overrun throttle" and "overrun fuel cut delay"

From the "rev hang" help page (https://www.hondata.com/help/flashpro/index.html), I see that "rev hang only affects manual transmission vehicles", but I do see parameters for "overrun fuel cut delay" in Accord 2015 V6 AT's calibration.
So I'm wondering what's their effect on how the AT car drives. It seems that if I set "overrun fuel cut delay" too low, the car will be really jerky when it downshifts. But what's bad if it's too high? Can anybody tell me what's a good number for "overrun fuel cut delay" for AT cars? Should I just leave it at its default (130)?
Also I wonder about "Overrun throttle opening" for AT cars. Since there is no option to turn it off, does that mean it's always on?
Thanks.
