After down loading and installing version 4.2.3 kmanager will not connect, says online ignition off.I was just using the older version with no issues but now I cant connect

What is the serial number of the K-Pro board inside the ECU?

What vehicle is this in?

99 civic k20 a3,will have to go pull the ecu to check the serial number on the board

serial number I'm guessing is the number on the sticker on the board.40336

What else has changed since the last time you uploaded to the ECU?

I uninstalled kmanager and re installed it , no difference keeps sayin online then error then online then error while saying ignition off when ignition is on. I'm at a lost and really need to fix some bugs in my tune this my daily driver.

nothing has changed she runs and drives but I just cant connect, is there anyway to undo the update lol

With it plugged in and the key on, please go to the help menu and click on send information to Hondata support. Include a detailed description of the problem.

ok on it

So I went outside to send the info, soon as I opened kmanager it said click ok to upgrade firmware, apparently when I reinstalled kmanager I didn't allow it to upgrade the firmware. Sonn as I did that everything was good and she connected , thanks for the help spunkster
