How does one view the detail settings of the original factory calibration?

For most vehicles the 'stock equivalent' is the factory calibration.

I have 2008 Civic Si. On stock equivalent calibration running 91-92 octane fuel, I see knock events in the 2000-3000rpm range when rapidly increasing throttle position. It is easy to see that with the flash check engine feature turned on. I have not recorded any knock events with the factory calibration.

I was hoping to compare the two calibrations.

That is because the stock calibration will not log knocks - it is something we added in.
