AWD RSX Turbo Anti-lag parameters.

Hello anyone I have an AWD RSX Turbo 6262 PTE bb and I can't seem to build enough boost to launch the car without bogging.
My current parameters are 6900 start rpm, 7000 cut off rpm 150 fuel -8 timing and it only builds 13psi making me slip the clutch so much.
The boost cut off is at 18.5 so I am aware I can't go past that but what about getting a little more force behind the take off.
Now, before someone says you are too conservative on fuel and timing and leaves me hanging please chime in on the parameters I should use.
