Searching/creating B20v turbo basemap

First, let's get all the dumb questions answered:
1) Yes, I have tried adjusting the Hondata default b20 basemaps.
2) I have searched here and other places for a basemap.
3) I have uploaded 3 maps to the ECU
Components tuning for:
95 Civic EJ1 OBD1
Hondata S300 v3
B20 block b16 head
Grams 1000cc injectors
E85 fuel
Stock MAP sensor
AEM 320lph fuel pump
Skunk2 Ultra 74mm Street IM
Skunk2 Pro 74mm TB (coolant bypassed and IACV installed with lines properly hooked up.
Best outcome so far was a H22 stock map but would have to flood to get power.
B20 map I made had adjustments as follows to parameters:
Boost Cut: 5 psi (safety) on cold/hot boost cut; temp left alone.
Flex Fuel: Selected Digital S300 AN0 (v3 only) allowed auto change of other values.
Fuel trim: Selected ID 1000cc under dead time select.
Idle: set min idle speed to 850 RPM IAC Duty cycle normal
MAP: stock MAP sensor selected.
Misc: Disable knock Sensor
Rev limit set to: 5500 across the board. Activation RPM is in middle. Power reduction is at 80% maxed (reduced by 80%)
VTEC kept off for Basemap safety purposes.
Please let me know if you need additional info or if you have a map to use, please attach a link. Going to be gathering datalogs eventually, in case those are needed.
Issue is engine is idling at 500 RPM when Hondata reads 850. It's also jumping around a lot (100-200 RPM). Engine starts fine and goes to proper idle right away. After 5-10 seconds it drops and spazzes out without any CEL. Have unplugged wires to test CEL and doesn't throw any. When hitting the accelerator it first bogs down and very VERY slowly needs to be feathered to obtain any acceleration and revs revert to 0 when hitting the 5k RPM mark (not limited, but revs are actually cut.
