Kpro daughter communication error low voltage

I have a 04 acura rsx type s with a k24a2 swap jus basic i/h/e rbc and kpro. I been having this daughter communication error low voltage issue for some time now. The cell would come on and the car will go in to limp mode turn off the car and turn back on it drive fine. The longest I got the cell to stay off was 2months. I already bought a new battery, starter and sent my ecu to hondata and hondata said it pass the bench test twice and work fine in there rsx. My batterey voltage while running 13.7 to 13.9 and sometime it drop to 12ish. When cranking my battery drop in to the 10s. The only thing I haven't change out yet is the alternator and will be change that out this weekend.Help anyone?

Forgot to mention no battery relocation I'm on kpro v3. I'm pretty sure it can't be my ground I clean them and added 2 extra ground one to the valve cover and the other to my tranny. I'll post up a datalog when I get off work.
