Hi,
I'm having 2 different issues with Kpro.
1st one, I'm trying to control N20 through Kpro. I installed it according to Hondata Diagram, then set my parameters at N2o #1 tab. went out to test it. nothing happened,
Came back home, checked wiring all good, then set N20 parameters to 0 at the minimum depressed the gas pedal and checked sensors tab. to see if N20 was activating, i could see N20 #1 arming "on" and when depressed the pedal N20 #1 "on" so everything seems to be good. set parameters again, went out to do a 3rd gear pull from 2000 to 8000 rpms, nothing happened,
went back home, in my way back i started to hear the solenoids or the relay clicking. got home, and switched the car off, only ACC on and then it was crazy spraying N20. so took the key to off position, then again put it in ACC and i could ear the n20 spraying, and No i was not pressing the pedal.
I checked my 3rd gear log and i could see the arming was On, but through all the pull the N20 #1 remain "Off" i kept data logging when the kpro was spraying at home. and i checked the datalog and i could see the N20 #1 being "on" with no pedal signal sent. it was just coming from Kpro. also parameter were not met as the car was already stopped.
I'm using E16 as arming switch inverted so when i on my master switch is armed and when switch to the off position is off and not the other way around.
my output is B6, tested it also with E21 same thing happened never spray while doing 3rd gear pull, as kpro never set the signal to N20 solenoid. but i could hear later on the solenoid clicking, and datalog to see if they actually were doing something. Review the log while the car was parked and i could see the N20 having activity from time to time switching to the on position then to off, every now and then.
N20 Parameter were set as follows.
Minimum Maximum
Speed 4500 8000 rpm
Load 85 158 kpa
throttle 65 100 %
V. sped 12 158 mph
Second issue is i tried to set FTS, using E22, sending 12v. had to tick the invert option to make it work. my Launch control works fine. but when i tsted the FTS i set it to 7000 RPMs my limiter is at 8500, so when i reached 7000 RPM my car didn't go past that, and felt like a launch control limiter, it was not reving past 7k rpms. and i had no foot resting on the clutch pedal. so instead of letting me doing a FTS it was limiting my revs at 7000RPMS.
settings for FTS
Ignition and fuel retard RPMS 12500 i also tried 7000 rpms
Shift Rpm limiter 7000
Launch control set at 4500 and was working good using E22 switch
Any idea on what is wrong?? is it coming from Kpro this issue or ECU, i checked all wiring a few times and it was ok.
My car is an EG kswapped RSX type S. PRB ECu Kpro v2
Really appreciate if some one could guive me some pointers to get it work properly.
Thanks

Re: N2O Controls
Post your calibration and the datalogs showing the problem.
Re: N2O Controls
Hi,
Attached. Calibration, Datalog for the FTS problem, started with Launch control working ok, then reving and cpuldn´t go past 7000 rpms. looks like kpro is limiting my RPMs to 7k in stead of droping them to 7k after shifting
Also 3rd gear WOT pull trying to spray N20 not activating
I couldn´t find my data log where i recorded when the N20 #1 was switching on. without any input. so i tried to replicate that today, but it was even worst. this time i could here the solenoid activating evrytime i tried to load the map to ECU almost like when Fuel pump was priming it clicked and then again once it finished.
so i don´t know whats going on there with it
Relay is ok, as i spray nos via push botton, and worked good. only thing i can think of is i have relay power and A12v switch join toguether in stead of having one hooked to battery positive post. and i do not have a resistor placed between ecu and relay. and apparently my solenoid is high current 30 amps or so. could it be the problem npot having a resistor in place?
Thanks

Re: N2O Controls
First you need to fix the knock sensor error. This may be causing other rev limits.
Nitrous1 is not activating because the minimum pressure is 85 kPa and you're seeing 75 kPa in the datalog.

Re: N2O Controls
Hi,
The knock error came in after vtec engaged but it was only a few times, i cleared the fault and did not come back until i did another run, but after i loaded a different map it did not comeback again, so it is not related to rev limit.
will do another datalog, and will post it.
Thanks you for reviewing my datalog, will set the minimum pressure lower. and get back to you
