Can't download Flashpro Datalogs to Notebook!

Hondata,

the new Version of Flashpro Manager 2.3.3.0 is error-prone!!!

If i will download a Flashpro Datalog to my Notebook, then no file exists.
I must unplug the USB and again plug-in the USB, so the datalog in FlashPro Manager appears.

If i save the Datalog to my SSD and it is already done, then no file exists.

With the previous version, everything was easily!

Please answer quickly!

Please tell us step by step exactly what you are doing.

Was this datalog recorded using an older version of software/firmware?

1. Download Flashpro Manager Version 2.3.3.0
2. Install Flashpro Manager Version 2.3.3.0
3. Upload Calibration to Flashpro
4. Upload Calibration to ECU
5. Make a Datalog with Flashpro
6. Reconnect via USB to Notebook and Flashpro Manager
7. Download/Save the Datalog to SSD
8. Download/Save ready
9. No Flashpro Datalog on SSD

If i double click on the datalog saved on the Flashpro, then this error message pops up:

If i make another datalogs, i don't have this issue...

You are saying download/save as if they are the same thing. Download only opens the calibration in the software to look at, and does not save to the hard drive. If you wish to save to the hard drive you must use the save as button, or download then go to the datalog menu and click save and save it to the hard drive from there.

I have fixed the Problem, it was a bug!

I just upgraded from FP 2.3.1 to 2.3.5 and now I cant download the datalogs or save them. It was working fine prior to the update. I can flash a calibration fine but cant retrieve or view a log. Same thing as described in the above posts. Please help.

I was able to remedy my problem.

Deleted all logs on fp
Deleted all calibrations on fp
Reflashed my calibration with the new version of fpm.
Datalogged again and this time I was able to save and download my logs.
Hope this helps anyone else that runs into this problem.
