I'm in the market for a used AP2 S2000 06'-09'

Can I use my current Flashpro that I use for my 08' Si to verify that another ECU is not married or flashed with a aftermarket tune?

I would imagine that I would have to return to stock my civic which is fine I just couldn't start it then attempt to hook up to the S2000 and see if OBDII and ECU icons light up at the bottom of flashpro manager?

Goes without saying that I'd be getting a new flashpro for the S2000 once I get it as a turbo would be in the plans.

You can't tell if a FlashPro is locked to an ECU by looking at the ECU. I guess you could tell from the CVN if the ECU has been flashed, but it would depend on the exact calibration ID that the ECU has.
