Seems like this car is not producing much power, in fact when I plug in other datalogs and then compare them to my own in virtualdyno, I am making a lot less power. Originally tuned with e-tunez. After comparing my datalogs with other peoples, I noticed that at WOT in 3rd they have a map preasure of -0.6 ", where I consistently have -4.9"...... bizarre. I wonder if this is why my car is gutless..... I have removed the intake all together thinking there was a restriction, no change. I checked that the throttle body was opening all the way and it does..... I removed the sensor while the car was idling and the sensor read -4.6" OUT OF THE TB. Does this mean it's bad? Or is something set wrong in flashpro manager?

It's not the FlashPro, it is the way you are comparing a virtual dyno, which may or may not compensate for elevation, with other virtual dynos. The 'dynojet' title fooled me for a while.
I'd put money on your location being at elevation. Intake pressure of around 83 kPa would probably be around 85 kPa atmospheric pressure, so I'd guess around 4700 feet. Intake pressure is therefore normal.

@Hondata, does altitude make that big of a difference? Do real dynomometers adjust for air pressure at altitude?

Yes, dynos adjust for pressure and temperature at least. If you really want to know if the engine is making the same power as other engines with the same modifications then you'd have to find a dyno that had results from similar engines on it.

I applied the sae correction for my altitude and it put in line. I have a friend with a bone stock car and I still seem a little low, but I blame that on tuning I suppose. Probably something with the cam angles.
