D16z6 turbo calibration

Hi I have just bought an s300 v3 and I really need my car to run now.
I was wondering if any of you guys could help get me started, basically I'm in need of a basemap for my engine!
My setup is:
D16z6
Standard internals
Arp head studs
T3/t4 turbo
7psi external wastegate
510cc Evo yellow tops
Prelude resistor box
2.5" down pipe/side exit
