It's not the voltage target, but the o2 sensor response time is slow. This can be because the o2 is fouled or from the design of the exhaust system eg the o2 sensor is too far downstream from the engine, or not sticking out into the exhaust flow enough. For a start I would try a new o2 sensor.

Ok i will try a new one. Thx

Or can i use the secondary one after kat? Because, there's an option in Kpro: "use secondary O2 sensor as Narrowband"?

No, the secondary is not a wideband.
