Hey Hondata members,

This is my first post on here -

First off my build consists of:

1995 Acura Integra

Engine -
GSR block
CP Pistons 9.0.1 compression
Eagle rods
ACL race bearings
stock bore
stock b16 intake manifold

B16 head
Crower valvetrain
GSR cams
Mild port/polish
4 bar omni map
PLX wideband

Fuel Setup -
Walbro 255
FIC 1100cc High Z Injectors
stock FPR
stock fuel rail

Turbo setup -
Speed Trapp Consulting Reaper turbo
Spoolin Performance quick 4 manifold
Tial BOV
Tial Wastegate
Ebay intercooler
GrimmSpeed manual boost controller

Issue -

I received a basemap from my tuner. I originally had precision 1200cc injectors running a resistor box but have been told that they are ancient technology. I recently upgraded to FIC 1100cc injectors and the tuner said I shouldn't have to change anything in the basemap.

Upon starting up the car is running super rich - 10.1 -10.5 AFRs.

What I have adjusted/tried -

Overall fuel trim - originally 30 - i have decreased in increments of 10 to a negative 30. Still no change in AFRs.
Increased the new injector size to 1200cc, 1300cc, and 1400cc - no change in AFRs.
Attempted to decrease fuel in the idle area of the "Low speed idle" fuel map.

Going to test still -
Re-callibrate the TPS

If anyone has any suggestions for changes I would greatly appreciate it! Car currently needs an exhaust fabricated up before the tuner will bring it on the dyno. I'm just looking to get it up and running to drive it to an exhaust shop nearby.

I have attached the basemap and datalog of the car running. PLX wideband is not linked to the ECU for signal.

Thanks!

You should take it back to the tuner for a retune.
