LEAN SPIKES pls help potential harm?!

Hi im a noob when it comes to ecu and reading what is withing safe specs , my car was dyno tuned 2 years ago and i decided to plug in krpo because of a cel due to 02 slow response but i cleaned the connector and it hast come back since . i was data-logging and noticed when im at a standstill in neutral when i rev gas slowly up it hits 15 a/f and when i drive sometimes it hits 19 afr and goes as high as 32. ill upload a data-log and hopefully someone with more knowledge came tell me if its normal or its bad. this is my only car and i need it to get to work and school , but i dont want to be driving it if its destroying my motor.

for some reason it wont let me upload the datalog, it says its to large id me more and willing to email it to anyone that could help me out.

If it is only that lean under decal then it sounds perfectly normal.
