Ok to start off here, i have Flashpro for a while now and everything has been working fine. I have full bolt-ons, I/H/E and a custom tune. I recently updated my flashpro manager today and after i did so, i got a message saying that i needed to re-upload the cal i had because it was from a previous version. So i got the same custom tune that i had and did the same steps, only now i get an error message that says my upload had failed. Now everything is still plugged in and the key is on the ON position. The error message says, "check WEN PIN on OBDII" now i clicked the ok button and turned off my car completely, i then turned it back on and started my car. My car starts and everything (THANK GOD), so now i'm trying to re-upload my custom cal and i keep on getting the same error message. Do you guys know what this means? And also how can i fix this problem? Please Help guys. BTW my car is a 06 civic Si coupe, FG2. The version of FP manager i'm using is 2.3.1.0 and my FP serial # is FP-SI-US-11696

Check the pins on the OBD2 port under the dash.

I have checked them and they all seem to be fine, the only thing is that my OBDII port is loose. By that i mean, when i connect my flashpro...i have to fight with it to plug in cuz when i push up to connect, the OBDII port also pushes up. I have to connect in an angle.

It sounds like the diagnostic port is the source of your problems. It needs to be fully connected and not at an angle.
