I'm running so rich it's burning my eyes. I got black smoke coming out my exhaust and the check engine light is solid I can't get it to flash a code. This is after putting the p30 b16a stock base map onto the s300. Can a tuner like humble performance fix this or should I go with chuck from alternative motor sports.

A tuner should be able to fix this, however it sounds like you might have other issues.
