Erratic air fuel ratio on b16 84mm turbo

Good day

So I just complete my build :
sleeved B16 84mm
Wiseco pistons 8.8 comp
Eagle conrods
Custom log style intake manifold , no iacv (been disabled on s300)
63mm boost pipes
A/r 50 intake and 48 exhaust turbo
Ebay 38mm external wastgate
EBay dumpvalve
Aem wideband gauge unit 30-4110
Ram horn style manifold
Precision 880cc injectors
Stock map sensor (for now )

Hondata s300 with obd2b jumper harness.

So my tuner loaded a base calibration and we got car started . after many attempts we can't get the air fuel ratio to remain constant it jumps around from rich to lean . the distrubutor timing is at 17° which relates to value in s300 , Map reading 0.32mbar , injectors at 1.22ms which is constant . this erratic air fuel ratio continues even if rpm is held at 2000rpm .

I will attach the calibration as well as a datalog .

Kind regards
Reece

This calibration attached is just some changes we done today , air fuel is a lil more stable but they not as consistent as I want them to be .

did u put the dead time what pte say the 880cc are suppose to be when i have issues like that its either dead times or fuel issues could b injectors or fuel pump or fuel regulator sometime even a fuel line

Where is the wideband installed?

Good day

I have tabulated injector dead times as per precision specs supplied to me by them .

My fuel pressure is a constant 40psi at idle .

And my wideband sensor is installed as per aem specs .

The injectors are brand new tho ? That's y I'm confused here , I can't seem to pin point the prob .

Spunkster , taking a look at the calibrations and log file can you see nothing odd ?

Kind regards

The injector dead times are much too low, but I think there are other issues as well. If you look a the datalog the manifold pressure is fluctuating a lot. I suspect that the base ignition timing is off too.
