Erratic air fuel ratio on b16 84mm turbo

Good day
So I just complete my build :
sleeved B16 84mm
Wiseco pistons 8.8 comp
Eagle conrods
Custom log style intake manifold , no iacv (been disabled on s300)
63mm boost pipes
A/r 50 intake and 48 exhaust turbo
Ebay 38mm external wastgate
EBay dumpvalve
Aem wideband gauge unit 30-4110
Ram horn style manifold
Precision 880cc injectors
Stock map sensor (for now )
Hondata s300 with obd2b jumper harness.
So my tuner loaded a base calibration and we got car started . after many attempts we can't get the air fuel ratio to remain constant it jumps around from rich to lean . the distrubutor timing is at 17° which relates to value in s300 , Map reading 0.32mbar , injectors at 1.22ms which is constant . this erratic air fuel ratio continues even if rpm is held at 2000rpm .
I will attach the calibration as well as a datalog .
Kind regards
Reece
