possibly bad ECU

im wondering if i have a possible bad ecu
i bought it new a few months ago from k-tuned its the black box hondata s300v3
since this problem i have changed the TPS and MAP to the same result
with the s300plugged in randomly more often than not the car lstalls right at 2000rpm its undrivalbe. i took the s300 v3 out and put back in the stock ecu and nothing drives normal.
ive loaded the b20 stock basemap ive updated everything and it still does it.
i have a video of what it does when you hold the throttle
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k0emh3vjSpM
as you can see it drops and goes back up all while holding the pedal at the same spot.. at the end of the video i floorded it and it bounced off the 2step as it should
when trying to calibrate the TPS min is 14ish and max is at 60 always no matter if your pressing the pedal all the way down or not even on it
i have tried so many thinks and dont know what else it could be. i dont want to bring my car to the dyno tune when it is doing this. only to find out it is a possible bad ecu. the shop is around 2 hours away. if anyone could help i would be so thankful.
