help me ! can't lock to vehicle

i from China ,my car is civic fa1 R18 calibration ID 37805-RNL-T510 .why can't lock to vehicle .i see someone can use flashpro in China.

my flashpro Part Number is FP-R18-US

The R18 FlashPro only works with US vehicles.

Yes, 'Americas' is the market (which I believe would exclude China).
