S300 both red leds flashing / bad crappy iddle

Hi I bought my Hondata s300 in 2012 from Pheaparable.com a reputable shop in Florida, Now am having problems with it, The ECU is flashing two red leds, and iddle is crappy.

I erase de ECU and reload calibration and disppeared for seconds, but came red led again and crappy iddle again, I used my brother Hondata s300 and car ran fine! before this a week ago was running great, I just disconnected the Ecu during the week.

Could you please tell what I got to do to solve it?

ECU serial number is # s300-12,946

I paid 695 USD with professional installation into a OBD1 ECU + Hondata s300 in Pheaparable.com / Jonh Vega the Owner.

Please, I will apreciate your response what I should Ido.

More than likely the s300 has gone bad and will have to be replaced. If this is the case it is $380 to replace a non-working s300 and upgrade to the s300 v3.
