can i get help with settings for "secondary table switching" parameters for ITB ls vtec calibration base map???

its for hondata LSVTEC itb base map in calibrations,
I believe the setup for that car was TPS for primary map indexing for idle and low load and switching over to MAP for high load map indexing,
can I have the settings for-

Parameters- secondary tables..
conditions for table switching:
1: engine speed- minimum and maximum / RPM?

2: engine load- minimum and maximum / KPA?

3: throttle- %?
