Password for uploading calibrations.

Hello,

I havent used the application for a while. Now of a sudden it requires a password which I havent set at all when I try to upload any calibration.
I've tried contacting CPL Racing, but havent gotten any answer.

Also under the "Registered owner" area I've got some weird letters (attached pic)

My Kpro was bought from CPL Racing a 2-3 years ago.
Car: Honda Integra DC5
SN: 11490
Kmanager: 4.0.8 (Also tried 3.3.0)
ECU: 37820-PRC-013
2070-301094
Cal: ITR Base

Upgrade to the latest version of KManager (currently 4.1.1). If it still does not work then use the 'Send Support Information to Hondata' function.

Upgraded. Still no luck.

I have just used the "Send Support Information to Hondata" function, waiting for a reply!

Something has happened to the flash memory which contains the owner information and password. We can make a software to fix this, but it will take a day or two. The alternative is that you'd need to send the KPro to us, so it would be worth waiting to see if the software can fix it.

Alright, the software solution sounds good since I'm traveling out of town for 2 days tomorrow morning. If this won't help I'll send you the whole ECU incl. KPro, hopefully I wont have to.
Are you going to reply about the software on this thread or by email?
