Pin d10 not responding to PLX sm-AFR analog output

I've searched and followed instructions before making topic. Hopefully you can help me to solve this.
I can't get AFR or voltage readings in sManager through pin d10. I can read PLX analog output voltage (0-5v) with multimeter, but sManager reads nothing when hooked to d10. ELD voltage reading is constant and not moving anywhere no matter if WB output is wired or not. Same thing when I hooked it to d12 and d14, no different sensor voltage readings in sManager.
PLX sm-AFR positive wire hooked to fusebox +12v, negative wire to thermostat housing. AFR reading on gauge is fine. Analog output as instructed in PLX manual
ELD wire was not present so nothing is hooked to it other than my WB digital output. Removed r136 & r138 resistors to be sure
SManager is set up as supposed to be with ELD d10 pin as wideband input
ECU have these numbers inside #37820-P30-G01; 02D011F0-1500
Any idea why ELD is not reading input voltage? Thank you in advance

Have you used a multimeter to check the voltage of the analog output from the PLX?

Yes, as I already mentioned in the post above, I have checked voltage with multimeter from plx analog output and there is good 0-5v reading and changing as AFR rises and drops

Please post your calibration as well as a datalog made with that calibration showing the problem.

I am back from garage and will post file tomorrow. I triple checked everything today and got nothing. sManager is not reading voltage through ELD (d10) nor O2 (d14).
I noted few more things that could help:
plx sm-afr analog output voltage is 6.06V @20 AFR on gauge (measured with multimeter)
O2 voltage measurement in sManager sensor window is the same all the time 3,79V. No matter if wideband analog is wired or not.
ELD voltage measurement in sManager sensor window is 1,78V all the time
my S300 hardware version is 1
Firmware 1.04

Can you post a picture of the ECU plug and which wire you have this connected to.

I will as you ask me. But like I said, I triple checked everything yesterday. Even checked continuity with multimeter from wideband analog output point to ECU board/plate resistor r137. There is continuity so obviously it goes through d10 pin. I will also atake a photo of ECU board. Who knows, maybe something is missing there. I am kind lost right now, because it doesn't read voltage through d14 either.

Here is calibration
datalog-test.s3d
and datalog file when D10 pin attached and wideband analog output wired to it

There are a lot of components missing in this ECU. You should try using a USDM ECU instead.

Can you please tell what's exactly missing there that could cause this problem? Isn't euro ECU fully compatible with Hondata system? I am a bit confused right now you are suggesting me to look for usdm ecu (I live in europe by the way). It`s not like I could just swap ecu's, it requires resoldiering hondata plate too.

The stock euro P30 does not use the ELD input (amongst other things). The components for ELD may not be on the ECU, or a jumper might be configured differently from the US ECU.
Put a 1.5V voltage source across the ELD input and ground (a 1.5v battery works). Check datalogging for the ELD voltage. If you don't get close to 1.5V then the ECU doesn't support the ELD input.

I'll will do the test. But don't you think d14 pin should work? As I already exlplained in the previouds posts, d14 is not working either. The same thing as d10, it shows constant value all the time. D14=O2 narrowband input which has nothing to do with eld sensor I guess. Or am I wrong?
P.S. Yes, when hook to other pin, I change input source in sManager closed loop advanced settings

Have you uploaded to the ECU after making the changes?

Sure I did upload info to ecu every time I made input changes!
One more thing I did today, was soldier back r136 & r138. Eld still static, but raised to 4,97v
