My serial is fb us si 16813. I'm trying to sell mine and it says error authorizing vin...help!!!!

Make sure you have internet connection. If you do have internet connection, sometimes phone hotspots don't work and you need to use a different connection.

Iv used my Hotspot n my WiFi at home...sometimes I almost does it n others just goes straight to fail. Tried changing my address n updating n trying again

Does it have to be plugged in car to unlock it or could it be just plugged into laptop?

First, are you returning the ECU to stock before you try to unlock?
Next, can you use the 'Check Internet Communication' function from the help menu.
Then connect the FlashPro to the vehicle and try to unlock. If you get an error message, please give us the exact error message.

I will try on my lunch in a bit. I did return it to stock but didn't check the connection.

Checked connection. Said "connection ok"

I missed the history of this FlashPro. It should work now.

I am having this same issue can you please help. I have tried calling but no one picks up the phone. I have tried multiple internet spots and double checking everything to unlock this Flashpro. I have attatched my S# please help.

Hi. I have the same problem with my civic si...returned ecu to stock, deleted the history connection is still ok, but still getting the same message error authorizing vin est. Can u please help?! My flashpro serial is FP-SI-US-231832
