full throttle shift

so I have a 93 Honda del sol with p75 ecu with added vtec components and boost control. I want to use one of the inputs with a switch added on the clutch pedal. I know one side of the switch will go to the chosen pin on the ecu, does the other side of the switch go to power or ground?

It depends on if the input you are using is a power or ground input. IF it is a ground input then it needs to go to ground.
